Support

The Support page is how you reach Aloo’s team for anything that isn’t self-serve. A bug report, a billing question, a feature request, or help with a specific call. Tickets you open here have a message thread, so a follow-up never loses context.

#The ticket list

The main view is a list of your tickets. Columns for:

  • Reference code. The ID you can quote when talking to support.
  • Subject. A short summary you wrote when opening the ticket.
  • Status. Open, in progress, or closed.
  • Created date and last-activity date.

A search box at the top lets you find a specific ticket by ID or by keyword.

#Opening a new ticket

The New ticket button opens a form with:

  • Subject. One short line describing the issue.
  • Description. Enough detail for support to understand without asking twice. What you were doing, what you expected, what actually happened.
  • Optional category, if your dashboard shows one.

Include references

If a ticket is about a specific order, reservation, or call, include its number in the description. Support can look it up right away instead of going back and forth to find it.

#Ticket detail view

Clicking a ticket opens the thread:

  • The full message history. Every reply from you and from support.
  • Image attachments that have been exchanged in the thread.
  • A reply field for sending the next message, with an image-upload option.
  • Status controls for closing the ticket once you're satisfied, or reopening it if the issue comes back.

#Image attachments

Each reply can include image attachments. Helpful for screenshots of a broken item, a dashboard error, or a WhatsApp conversation you want to share. A few limits apply:

  • Images only (no documents, videos, or zip files).
  • A reasonable size limit per image, enforced on upload.
  • A maximum number of images per message, enforced on upload.

If an upload is rejected, the exact limit is shown in the error message.
