Activity details
Clicking any row in the Activity feed opens a popup with the full story. What happened, who did it, and exactly what changed.

A coloured bar at the top tells you the outcome at a glance:

Four quick facts about the event:

| Target | What was affected (e.g. “Menu Item: Biryani”). Click to open it if it's linkable. |

#What changed
For events that edited something, the popup lists the fields that changed. Each one shows the old value and the new value.
- Plain field names. Technical keys are turned into readable labels.
- Nested settings. Complex items are broken down to their pieces. Changes inside a list are numbered “Item 1”, “Item 2”, and so on.
- Readable values. True / false becomes Yes / No. Numbers get commas. Empty values show as “Empty”.
- Internal stuff hidden. IDs and timestamps are filtered out to keep the list clean.
