Customer profile
Clicking any row on the Customers page opens a popup with three tabs.

Overview
Name, phone, address, allergies, stats, and top favourites.
Orders
Every order this customer has placed.
Notes
Staff-only notes. Customers never see them.

Contact details on top, stats below.
- Name, phone, address. Edit any of these if you have permission.
- Allergies & restrictions. A short note like “peanuts, shellfish”. Stored per location.
- Stats. Total Orders, Total Spent, and Last Visit. Calculated automatically.
- Top favourites. Up to three items they order most. Used by the “Customer Favorite” upsell if you have it on.
#Orders
A list of every order this customer has placed. Click any order to jump to its full record on the Orders page.
#Notes
A short text field (up to 300 characters). Good for things like “always asks for extra napkins” or “prefers spicy”.
Notes are private. Only your staff see them. The customer never does.
