Order details
Clicking any order, in either view, opens the details popup. It has the full record of what was ordered, and it's where you update the status as the kitchen works through it.
#What's in the popup
- Every line item ordered, with quantities and modifiers.
- Add-ons and any item-level notes.
- Payment method (KNET, cash, debit card, etc.).
- Delivery or pickup details, including the full address for delivery.
- Customer name and phone.
- The status timeline: when the order was placed, confirmed, moved to preparing, and completed.
#Progressing the order
Use the status controls at the top of the popup to move the order forward. This drives the board view and the order card on the dashboard.
PendingConfirmedPreparingCompleted
Cancellation is also in the same controls. You can cancel any time before an order is marked completed.
