Everything about a specific location. All the settings here apply only to the location you have selected at the top of the dashboard.
#Location
- Location name
- The branch name used in greetings and receipts.
- Address
- Aloo shares this with callers who ask where you are.
- Payment methods accepted
- Tick each method: KNET (Driver POS), KNET Link, Cash, Cards. Aloo mentions these when a caller asks how to pay.
#Service modes
Three toggles for which services Aloo handles on a call. Turn one off and Aloo won't accept that type of request.
Orders
Delivery and takeaway orders.
Reservations
Table bookings.
Dine-in preorder
Food ready when the guest sits down.
#FAQs
Question-and-answer pairs Aloo uses to answer common calls.
- Each FAQ has a question and an answer in English and Arabic.
- Drag to reorder so your most-asked ones are at the top.
FAQs are the cheapest way to improve call quality. If Aloo keeps punting to a manager on a question that has a simple answer, add it here.
#Business hours
Open and close times per day of the week.
- Different hours per day.
- 24-hour operation for locations that never close.
- Hours that span midnight. For example, 19:00 to 02:00.
Save commits your changes. Discard reverts unsaved edits.
#Special dates
Holidays and one-off exceptions. For any date you add:
- Set custom open and close times for that date only.
- Or mark the date fully closed. Aloo declines orders and bookings for that day.
Special dates override business hours on the date they apply to.
