Agent settings
How Aloo sounds and behaves on every call. Voice, tone, greetings, and when to ask for a human.
#Voice
Pick one voice per language. Preview each one before choosing. You can set different voices for Arabic and English.
#Brand Tone
Three sliders shape how the agent phrases things:
Formality
Casual and friendly, or formal and business-like.
Warmth
How warm and personal the agent sounds.
Energy
Punchy and fast, or calm and measured.
A persona note field lets you add a free-text instruction like “always mention our signature biryani” or “never joke about delivery times”. Aloo follows it as a soft guideline on every call.
#Greetings
The first thing callers hear. You can write different greetings for mornings, afternoons, and evenings, in both English and Arabic. Placeholders like the location name are filled in automatically.
#Busy mode
A toggle that tells Aloo to politely decline new orders and explain the restaurant is busy. You can edit the exact message. Also available from the Busy Mode widget on the Dashboard.
#WhatsApp confirmations
When on, Aloo sends a WhatsApp summary after a successful order or reservation, so the caller has a written record.
Plan-gated
#Banned callers
Phone numbers you never want Aloo to answer. Bans are per-location, so a ban at one branch doesn't block the number at another.
