Exporting data (CSV)
When the widgets on the dashboard aren't enough (you need the raw data to pivot elsewhere or send to an accountant), use the export popup. It downloads any of four data sets as a CSV, scoped to the current date range and location.
#Opening the export popup
Click the Export CSV button in the page header near the date-range picker.
#The four data sets
| Data set | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Orders | Every order in the selected range. |
| Reservations | Every reservation in the selected range. |
| Conversations | Every conversation in the selected range. |
| Conversations with Analysis | Conversations along with the analysis for each one (sentiment, customer intent, call success, follow-up flag). |
The date range applies to the creation time of each data set. The location filter applies too. If you have one location selected, the export only contains rows for that location.
#Picking columns
- Every data set has a list of columns you can pick from.
- Search the list to narrow it, then tick the columns you want.
- For Conversations with Analysis, columns are split into two groups.
- You can pick all, none, or any subset.
