Combos
A combo is a bundle with a fixed price. For example, a main, a side, and a drink for one set price. Combos are built from slots, and each slot offers the caller a list of items to choose from.
#Where to add or edit combos
Open the Menu page and click the deals popup. Go to the Combos tab to create a new combo, edit an existing one, or turn one on or off.
#How a combo is built
Each combo has a bilingual name, a fixed price, and one or more slots. A slot has:
- A name (for example, “Main”) in English and Arabic.
- A quantity: how many items the customer picks for this slot.
- A list of menu items the customer can choose from for this slot.
- Option rules: restrictions on which modifier choices are allowed inside the combo.
#Activating and limiting combos
A combo can be turned on or off without deleting it. When turned off, the AI will no longer offer it on the phone or accept it at checkout.
Limit
You can have up to twenty active combos at a time.
