Item-level discounts
An item discount reduces the price of a specific menu item. It can be a flat KWD amount off or a percentage off. You can turn it on or off without deleting it.
#Where to add or edit item discounts
Open the Menu page and click the deals popup. Go to the Item Discounts tab to pick an item, set the discount, and turn it on or off.
#How it works
Pick an item from your menu, choose a discount type (amount or percentage), enter the value, and turn it on. The discount applies every time the item is added to an order, until you turn it off.
#When to use an item discount
Item-level discounts work best for clearing slow movers, running a spotlight on a new dish, or passing on a supplier cost cut on a single item. For broader promotions, consider a threshold discount or a combo instead.
