Threshold discounts
A threshold discount (sometimes called “spend and save”) kicks in automatically when the order subtotal hits the limit you set. For example, spend 10 KWD, get 1 KWD off.
#Where to add or edit threshold discounts
Open the Menu page and click the deals popup. Go to the Spend & Save tab to set the threshold, the discount, and the bilingual label.
#What to set
- Threshold amount in KWD.
- Discount type: flat amount or percentage.
- Discount value.
- Bilingual label shown on the receipt and used in upsell prompts.
#Limit
One per location
Only one threshold discount can be active per location at a time. This prevents overlapping reward tiers that would be confusing to explain on the phone.
